"When we were looking for a new unit in 2014 we had a few places give us quotes. Manley was the only one that was able to do it quickly and was able to put the heat pump in the location we wanted. We had the duct work replaced and a couple vents added into the house. They worked very quickly and cleaned up everything. Nothing to do with the company but our unit has had things break on it. When I call they try their best to get out the same day or the latest the day after. They do great work and get the AC working again. Waiting for parts is the only thing that slows this company down and that is out of their control. He really does try to get them in as soon as he can. At times they can be hard to get ahold of but when your work is as good as theirs is they are going to be busy. I have never had anyone at this company be rude to me even after I have called them numerous times in a day and I am sure not been the most pleasant customer to deal with. Even though I would rather not have to call them they are the only HVAC company in the area I will have work on my house."

"My heat pump went out and my home warranty assigned them to the case. They had worked on the unit several years ago during last issue and I was very pleased with the quality of work so I was happy to work with them again. They came as soon as schedules allowed and diagnosed the problem. Issues with home warranty was slowing down replacement of the part and I decided to replace the unit due to age and other factors. Everyone I spoke to was willing to answer questions even when I was extremely cranky with the home warranty service. The technicians came out and worked through miserable weather to get me back up and running."

"Manley heating and cooling is the only company that I would ever call if I needed my AC/heat repaired. They are quick, reliable, professional, and their services are very reasonably priced. A lot of times they come out same day if not next day for repairs. They are great at fixing commercial and residential AC issues."

"The only bad thing I have to review about is that they did not have after hours answering BUT! They did call back early the next morning and had someone to my house within half hour-hour. They were professional and fixed my heat in one, quick trip. They did not price gouge me and I feel like their service fee was comparable to other heating companies I had spoken to. They also included their labor charge in the service call charge so I did not pay anything extra on top of the service charge aside from the cost of the parts to fix my unit. Definitely keeping their number in the Rolodex if future problems arise. Thanks again guys."
